Jen Naecker’s career is a testament to the power of community-focused fundraising and leadership. With over $40M raised and a decade of experience developing high-impact campaigns, Jen has worked with a variety of organizations to inspire their donors and build long-lasting relationships. Her time as Director of Development at Students Rising Above (SRA) stands out, where she led her team through a transformative period, including securing an $8M legacy gift that wiped out all student debt for alumni.
The decision to bring Jen on board comes at a pivotal time for Principal Gift Solutions. Our first seven months have been marked by significant demand and growth, and Jen’s expertise will allow us to continue helping clients navigate the complexities of principal gifts and campaign strategy with an even more innovative, data-driven approach. Her proven track record in leading teams, building corporate partnerships, and crafting compelling storytelling aligns seamlessly with the work we’ve been doing to help nonprofits succeed.
